Although I was frustrated by all the back and forth with the wiper repair, I felt the service staff acted very professionally snd seemed to really want to solve the issue. A good crew.

I have to say that Kia has always been the most wonderful experience in all ways. I absolutely love my Sorento and will never own any other vehicle ever again and I will continue to tell Everyone I know to come to Kia for their car! I even told a church member tonight that they needed to go to Kia because their car was giving them trouble.
