They were very busy and it took longer than originally expected, but the workers kept me informed. They also forgot to put a new sticker on the windshield that will tell me when the next oil change should be. They are going to mail me one.

They forgot to put a sticker in the windshield after oil service and forgot to give us a receipt as well but they are mailing them to us so it was handled quickly and correctly. We are satisfied with our experience.

Went back yesterday to pick up our plates, which a very friendly service man installed, also the rubber mats and cargo net we had purchased but weren't able to get when we bought the car. First off, we scheduled our appointment weeks ago for last Saturday. The only day that was available for either myself or my wife. Due to a problem with your system we had to reschedule that appointment, although we had a confirmation email. While my wife and son brought it in for service, they also had to pack up half his school supplies since he is home schooled and do the whole home school thing in your waiting area. She said that the service person was great, but there was a female employee there that accused my son of trying to start the cars in the lobby and addressed this to my wife extremely rudely. The service person later saps that this same woman was suppose to talk to my wife about something car related, but this conversation never happened. Funny that you sent this feedback form, because my wife was going to contact your company to express her anger about her visit anyways.
