I tried to call and let the service department know I was running late. Was on hold for over 5 minutes and nobody answered my call. When I pulled in right at my appointment time 1:50 there were 2 cars in front of me. No big deal, Richard (I believe that was his name) came right out and got my info. My oil change should have been about an hour but it took about an hour and 20.

It took 7 minutes before a service rep could come out to my car. Upset that your dealership is the only one I have ever done business with that refuses to vacuum the floor mats and wash the windshield. No excuse for this lack of a basic and industry wide service. I will not speak with anyone who calls so do not waste your time. I was also given a trade in price as an incentive to trade up. Your printed material said that loyal customers would receive 125% of trade in value. The price given me was about $2,500 below the listed clean trade in value according to NADA.

Truc is always professional and helpful. She always has a smile and is helpful in my automotive repair. Only request would be to have more diverse music playing in the lobby. Not enough R&B. Black people spend money there too.
