Overall it was fine. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. It was an hour and 20 minutes. Not the end of the world but my vehicle was parked in the exit for 15 minutes before I said something to get my paperwork. Not the end of the world just thought it was weird.
The service did not reset my oil life on the truck I had to do it when I got in also the service spilled oil somehow when I got home there was a smell of burning oil and smoke coming from underneath the motor. I had to check it out. I realize this is possible when the oil is changed but I have never seen it this excessive.
Like I said overall it was fine but I was mildly disappointed in the details that got missed.

Service was good. Unhappy that prepaid oil changes that are no longer covered as they are considered to be time expired. I understand the reason that is now enforced but I think it is a short sighted decision. To my mind apart from your good service standards that brought extra service opportunities such as tires brakes etc.
