My wife was there for 3 1/2 hour to get a tail light and the back middle seatbelt replaced on a 2018 Kia Forte 5
After a hour and a half she asked what was taking so long, since everyone that had shown up around the time she had arrived had already left.
The service rep said that only certain people could work on the car since it was a manufacture warranty. Our question is since we scheduled it 2 weeks in advance why weren’t there more people to be able to make this more streamlined?
I could’ve done this In my drive way in half the time by myself.

All good Experiences at keya and the people are always friendly. However on my way home tonight the headlight they said was just loose and they tightened gave me an error message of a burned out headlight again so apparently that isn't fixed

We waited four and a half hours for a job that was quoted to be one and a half hours.
From what we could tell the problem was with the techs in the service garage. Payton did the best he could. I wish I had brought a lunch!
