I got concerned when I didn’t get a text reminder for my oil change I booked 3 days prior. When I called in, the gal explained having problems with the online booking, and she booked me for a 3pm since my 2pm was gone. But although she felt confident I could still come in around 2pm and not wait long, I was hesitant Incase I couldn’t. My confidence already shaken with the loss of my initial booking. The day prior, hubby offered to wash my car a few time , but I declined because I’d scheduled an oil change and it came with a courtesy car wash. After we arrived, we saw the signs apologizing for the temporary discontinued car wash. Was the staff great despite these issues? Absolutely! And I very much appreciate their kindness and efforts towards great customer service. I just feel a little leery of trust now when it comes to booking an appointment and my expectations of what service will or won’t come with my oil change. Gig Harbor is closer and far more convenient to me. I go there when you’re too booked to get me in without a week’s notice. I prefer you , but not if I’m going to wonder how my experience will go.

I brought my vehicle back in August to get a warranty service and was told the part would be ordered. I finally came in November and the part still wasn't ordered. I was told it would be order at that time. I called back in January and was told I would get a call back and never received one. I finally called back in February and spoke with the parts manager, which finally got the part in. Once I picked my car up from service there was no floor mats and the free car wash was thrown on the floor under my seat. I've been a loyal customer, purchased many cars at west hill, and felt unimportant, to say the least. In fact, I've felt more like a number and less like a customer for the last 3 cars I've purchased...really declining customer experiences. I still have issues not addressed from when I purchased the vehicle and was told...well you have to go to Nissan and work with them to figure out the radio. Maybe, somebody could have done the leg work and contacted Nissan for me, since I obtained the warranty from West Hills KIA and not an unaffiliated business, with little instruction on what to do. This vehicle has been a cycle of problems and luckily I got the warranty. However, I feel like it's been a chore to get that warranty work addressed. Is it because I'm not paying out of pocket for these repairs? I used to love the service team but apparently the feeling wasn't mutual. It will be a pretty significant feat to win me back as a customer. I would encourage you to look at my vehicle purchase history and repair work history with West Hills as a whole, to determine what kind of loyal customer you are choosing to part ways with. Please, get back to the KIA that I used to know. Lastly, West Hills has made a significant decline and really is losing sight of the importance of what makes a business successful...the customers, especially the loyal ones. In my experience, the problem starts with leadership and is contagious amongst all employees. Its showing. Please contact me as I would like to speak with somebody that can make a difference.

Chris Mossman was very personable and genuine in his interactions which I appreciate. I was a little perturbed that when my timing chains were replaced a few weeks ago that they didn't ensure all connections were completely secure and had to fix it today. They also didn't reset my oil change mileage but Chris made sure my concerns were taken care of. While his customer service was above and beyond I don't have as much faith in the mechanics and will likely have my vehicle serviced elsewhere.
