He was awesome! He listened to my concern, coordinated with KIA on a re-call issue I had repaired, and offered me a shuttle ride to get dropped off while the diagnostic was being done. He even made the call for the shuttle to get me picked up.
When I returned, thankfully, he was not busy and got me filled in on what the plan was, and will coordinate the scheduling of the repairs, hopefully as soon as next week.

Mr Mossman is the best. He greets me by first name and treats me like more than just a costumer.
