Chris is by far the best customer service rep I have ever experienced. Very upbeat and customer focused investing time to make sure customer is fully informed on service needed and status of service.

When I called to schedule I was told it would be at least half a day to complete service that I could not do it one day after work (4pm) during the week. I had to take the time today to go get it done and leave car for "half a day" it ended up being less than 30 minutes. Guy that checked me in was very professional as always no complaints about him.

On 18 Oct I brought my ‘19 Optima in for recall work. I picked up the car and got it home, then noticed grease/oil stains in the headliner and visor on the driver side of the car. I called your service dept at 11:50am, spoke with a woman who said she’d get back to me shortly; which she didn’t. At 1:30 I called again, spoke to Richard who was our point of contact for the service. Informed him of what had happened. He said to bring the car in at our earliest convenience and he’d take care of it. Which he did. I hope the service tech was corrected. Richard made this situation right. He took care of us and was very apologetic and explained that this was not the standard of work to expect from West Hills Kia.
