A 1 hour service turned into 3 hours. They took the driver's side door apart first, which was the wrong door. Had too make 2 round trips to Bremerton. Wasn't very smooth.

Very hassle-free appointment - Brett was very helpful in answering the few questions and concerns I had. He noticed one issue from a previous visit that hadn't been addressed, and I was able to get that taken care of along with the routine maintenance I'd brought the car in for. I was even done and out the door after only 3 1/2 hours instead of the 5 hours Brett had quoted me since the shop was able to double-team my car (which was great since I had decided to just wait for the vehicle to get done).
