They said 1 hour after 2 hours I finally asked and it was very quickly retrieved. I understand that the pre andvpost cleaning added additional time, but 2 hours when i had made an appointment and arrived 15 min early. If i was told it woukd take 2 hours I would have made other arrangements to leave andcreturn later. As always everyone was courteous and explained procedure it was just the time and no update.

The service was excellent but I have had a chronic problem in getting the names and telephone numbers associated with our vehicles corrected. I have repeatedly asked for this to be corrected, as recently as today, but the problem persist and it does not reflect well on the West Hills Auto Group. The work for which this survey was generated concerned our 2003 Honda Accord and the primary operator is Rick Gunderson, but the survey text specified “Cathy,” my wife. She is the primary operator for a 2007 Mazda 3 which is serviced by West Hills Mazda. Please fix this.
