First of all your music is simply not appropriate for a business venue. Second. When you bring in your car for the 45000 mile check up you need to advise the client this is the basic cost today for this service. Also what I asked to be taken care of. Was not. Something so simple as to clean out between the front seats. Thank you Tim for taking care of that.

This negative review has nothing to do with the nice guy who took my payment and went over the paperwork with me, it is 100% a reflection of the poor training and lack of communication between departments.
I purchased my vehicle from Honda of Fife, because my family has been buying cars from them for years, and their customer service goes above and beyond what’s expected. Since I work in kitsap county, I thought it would be more convenient to see West Hills for my routine oil changes. I had my oil changed back in February of 2020. Service was great. I don’t care about the free car wash They don’t offer anymore as I have an unlimited pass elsewhere. No vacuuming out? Not that big of a deal when paying just for an oil change. The aforementioned wouldn’t even be worth mentioning had I not been price gouged for a routine oil change though. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if it was the same price as what I had previously been paying ($59). I was told yes. After getting there and waiting for the line of cars to move through the service station, I’m handed the form to initial what I’m having done, and I was shocked to see that the price now was $89. I asked why, was told “they don’t make the rules”. Okay, I can understand that, but no one knew why... I was already there, and this was the only time I could get my oil changed due to my work schedule. I already took off two hours from work just to be able to get it done in the first place, so there was zero point in just driving away. I was already out the extra money from taking off work, and wasn’t about to have to reschedule another one but I wish I had honestly. Honda of fife literally tells you the price of the requested service before they even take your appointment to make sure you’re okay with it. They also haven’t raised their prices at all. After asking for my previous invoice to be printed I noticed where the price increased. All of it was labor charges. I know damn well you’re not paying those guys double what you were before to do oil changes. What a disheartening experience. While I can appreciate businesses needing to recoup losses due to Covid closures, you weren’t closed...Everyone has taken a loss from the current pandemic situation and it’s a shame I won’t be returning again. Had I not been mislead about the price of a simple oil change I would have paid for the filters to be replaced right then when I was told they were dirty. I’d rather pay the toll, and drive all the way to Honda of Fife to get anything done my car needs, than to come back to West Hills.
Again, this isn’t a reflection on the human interaction I had, or in regards to any particular person working at west hills, just my feedback on why I will NEVER be coming back.
