Cameron was wonderful! From the moment I arrived to the Service Center he welcomed me, told me what to expect and gave me an estimated time my vehicle would be ready for pick up. His estimate time was spot on....and my car was ready to go, vacuumed and washed!

I checked my vehicle in at 0910 for a scheduled 930 appt, for an oil change. Approximately 2 hours after checking in, she told me my vehicle was done, and she would be back shortly after completing the needed paperwork. Approximately an hour passed and then I was able to pick up my veh.
She was professional and courteous, but I feel she could have done a better job of keeping me informed of any possible delays.

After having my maintenance done at your shop, I am less likely to by a Honda in the future. I own 2 Honda’s and travelled around the us with the military and visited many Honda dealers. I was in the process of getting a third Honda but after visiting your shop, I know I will never return to your dealership and I might not end up purchasing a Honda. So not a good experience.

Our car received the wrong expel product. I am beyond disappointed. That a mistake like that could be made is really a confidence shaker. So—we will have to see how this is corrected. I have a terrible feeling that my new car will be ruined by this and trying to fix this mistake. Such a bad thing to happen in this car buying experience. I will say that Austin handled it pretty well even though he was uncomfortable. We will be calling Monday for some assurance about a resolution.
