Took forever to help me even though I had an appointment. Picking up my vehicle took forever because they lost the ladies keys in front of me. The person who helped me was friendly but kept talking about personal issues so it took way longer than needed.

It was a busy day when I came for my oil change. I had to wait 30 min before getting checked in, then the oil change still took 2 1/2 hrs after that. When I got my vehicle, it was parked very close to another car and I could barely get in without hitting my door. The one plus of my experience was the coffee, and the barista made a delicious espresso beverage.

I suggest you have someone assigned to greeting people, then writing a number on their windshield, so you take people in order of arrival. I sat there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then at 20 minutes, they started to help someone who arrived after me. So irritating. Seemed very disorganized. After being helped, service was fine.
