Richard did a good job. But what I have a problem with is this is the second time in a month that I’ve been sitting there waiting while my car was sitting out in the parking lot all done complete ready ready to go and last time I waited at least 45 minutes if not more this time was at least half hour to 45 minutes there needs to be a different Approach to getting people out. I realize everyone there is busy but they got a find a way to get people in and out of there faster.

Austin was a true professional today. I had bad information for my service plan and I thought my oil change is paid for. Ricky was very helpful when we had our Honda Element towed in for servicing. He listened carefully to our explanation of the problems, explained the process of assessing the situation. Got home took a nap before I had to goto work and woke up to all of my oil in the drive way. Called and one of the techs was nice enough to promise that tomorrow he will be out to fix the issue. Issue was handled well but would of been nice to not have to of had this issue in the first place as there is a large amount of oil in my drive way and I now have to find a ride home at 2 am after I am done closing.
