I showed up a little early for my appointment at 3:50 (4pm). Both lanes had cars in them so I pulled in behind one. A Honda employee got in to the front vehicle on the other side and pulled it forward. Shortly after another car pulled in to the front position on the other side. The service tech helped the car in front of me and then went over to the other car that pulled in 5 minutes after I did. I was not helped until 4:27. The slow service isn't the first time this has happened. It feels more of a pain to make an appointment and come in and wait to be helped than it would at Valvoline or Oil Can Henry's. When my oil package that I purchased when I bought my car is up, I don't think I will be renewing for another oil change package. The Honda employee was very nice, but I think there needs to be more employees in your service dept that can check cars in as they come in, instead of having them wait 30+ minutes.

Received wrong information about warranty on parts and labor for the work that was done. Also not clear on status of timing chain and coolant and transmission fluid. If someone will call to ask, please have the colored multi point inspection sheet available.

You charged $260 for a $20 gas cap. If I had gone anywhere else, they would have just ran the diagnostics for free and sold me a gas cap. Definitely going elsewhere for help with the vehicle. Also we had just purchased it from you a couple months ago. Honestly felt like a rip off.

They scheduled us for routine oil change and recall service. Upon arrival we were told they didn't have the parts for the recall service. With all the emails and text messages why didn't you inform us so we would not have made arrangements to be picked up and just waited there. How inconsiderate. The service that was performed we were highly satisfied.
