After a horrid sales experience in 2015 I promised myself I would never do business with west hills again!
I was happy to let you replace my airbag in the recall, but Brett was so genuine and professional, I let your company do 3 repairs... I know service stations always push 3 upgrades, but this time Brett explained why and listened.
