I did not end up using West Hills Honda for service today. I waited 20 min in my car to be "greeted by an associate" like your sign said. Multiple employees saw me waiting, but it took 20 min for someone to acknowledge I was there. Then he proceeded to go back in the building after taking my name, gave me no further instruction and I proceeded to wait more in my hot car. I get that Covid is changing how the check-in process works, but this was ridiculous! So I left. I will likely not be returning to West Hills Honda for service after this experience.
