The customer service was fantastic however when I got my vehicle home I realized it had white residue all around the tires and factories stamps weren't cleaned off. It's amazing that you would take the time to vacuum my vehicle but not clean my tires off. $1,200 I spent and to get my vehicle home and find white residue all around every tire and the factory stamps not cleaned off was very disappointing! Now I am left to clean my tires off after spending $1,200 at your dealership. I chose to bring my vehicle to West Hills Honda rather than Les Schwab or Discount Tire because I wanted to build a relationship with you I can't tell you how disappointed I am to get my vehicle home and find crap all over my tires. $1,200 in you can't wash my tires thank you

Overall I was quite happy with the service Austin provided - he answered my questions & was understanding and accommodating that my work schedule might mean having to pick up my car up at or a few minutes after the Service Department's normal closing time. The one minor irritation I had concerned the complimentary rental I was provided when it turned out my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following day. Austin came in and explained the the shop didn't have the parts needed to fix my car, but unfortunately everything had already been disassembled on my car before this was discovered. To get me on my way, Austin said I would be provided with a rental car free of charge. During the conversation, he mentioned the rental was good for 24 hours (it was about 3:30 at the time), so I explained to him that I worked in Seattle and wouldn't be able to return the rental & get my vehicle until about 6:45-7:00 the following day. Even though this was right at closing time, Austin said that it shouldn't be an issue and that they would make it work. I expressed my concerns again at the rental agency when the paperwork said the car needed to be returned by 3:42 Friday afternoon, and I was told not to worry & that they would sort it out with the Honda dealer. When I returned the rental, I noticed they'd put a 2-hour late charge of $23.34 on the paperwork to give to the dealer, but really didn't think anything of it. I picked my car up and no mention was made of the late charge when the service advisor who helped me (Ricky) was going over my bill. It wasn't until I got home and was scrutinizing the bill more closely that I noticed the rental late charge had been added on it. I don't have an issue paying it, but I do feel that it should have been clarified that only the base rental charge would be covered by the dealer - especially when I had explained that I would have to return the rental a couple hours late & was told it wouldn't be an issue. As I stated before, I was very happy with my experience in general, but this one minor "fine print" issue keeps me from saying I was completely satisfied.

I made an appointment for an oil change only. 2 hours later, the Service person came out to try to sell me things that I do not believe actually needed to be done. I agreed to one thing and was told it would take 1 more hour. I was there for another 1 1/2 hours- a total of 4 hours for an oil change and a fuel injection cleaner. Ridiculous. Upon check out, I noted that I also had the tires rotated- which I did NOT ask for. No explanation from the service guy whatsoever. I have owned only Honda’s my entire life. Today was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I do not have confidence in West Hills Honda service any longer and I plan to go elsewhere for future service needs. Very disappointing
