Excellent experience! I do have to admit I will be mighty glad when I can have my car clean after service. It just didn’t look right having three exterior accessories added, and the van was dirty afterward because they weren’t doing the cleaning at this time

Came straight home, never drove the car anywhere else today, and noticed this afternoon the front driver-side tire is flat. My husband found the leak and a wire had punctured the tire, he's guessing something from the service floor. We can show you the wire. Thought you should be aware so you can prevent this with anyone else. He is going to try to patch the hole, but until then I can't drive my car. So I am just a little irked at the moment.

We came in for an oil change and tire rotation. We were told the service was complete but the tire rotation had not been done. We had a commitment so we could not stay longer to have that service completed. Rather disappointed.

The service associate was very respectful and I had no issues with him personally. I do believe management needs to keep a better hand on when vehicles are completed with maintenance. I watched my van be parked along with the other completed vehicles at around 1130 and I was not informed of it's completion until 1205. I wasn't personally in a hurry but it was annoying to be staring at my completed vehicle for over half an hour and not being told it was done. It also took a service associate 17 minutes to acknowledge me when I drove up and waited to be helped. If somebody would have came up to me and informed me that they will be with me as soon as they can due to high customer volume I would have totally understood but that did not happen. Everybody has hard days but customers infront of your service department doors following signs to stay inside their vehicle shouldn't be ignored especially when you make eye contact with several different service associates on many different ocassions.
