Austin was amazing. Very nice to me and my niece as he was helping us. I went in for an oil change and to get my key fob battery replaced, I only got an oil change so I’m not too pleased with that aspect of it.

It was unusual wait times for everyone probably due to the covid 19 that was my only frustration. Ricky did a great job taking car of me. He helped talk me through a problem I was having with pairing my phone with my Bluetooth In the car. Finally was able to download the latest software to my phone and it did fix the problem. Thanks so much!

Arrived for appointment which was for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation and was told they most likely would not be able to do the rotation due to staffing and available vehicle lifts. After questioning the technician I was finally told that they would be able to perform the maintenance. Was told the appointment would be two hours. After 3 hours I texted and called the service line asking for an update and received no response. Called the main desk and spoke with someone who told me that my technician would be contacting me shortly. After 4 hours I still had received no response on the status of my vehicle and called again and was finally transferred to the technician who informed me my vehicle was ready. I don’t know how long I would have waited if I hadn’t called again and found out the vehicle was ready. Long wait times after the pandemic are understandable but communication with the customer that a 2 hour appointment has changed to a 4 hour would have been appreciated.

Patrick explained my service and the costs clearly. He offered us a complimentary coffee and showed me how to use the back hatch door of my car properly. It had inadvertently been stopping halfway open. Another person helped my husband get the code to get his radio working after a dead battery, and we absolutely appreciated that so much. We are lifelong customers. Pick up was quick and friendly and the cost was actually less than the estimate.
