I do an inspection of the work performed afterwards. I removed the dust cover over the spark plug and coil area and around that area was squirrel droppings and debris that I had to blow out with an air nozzle. The car sat for a complete day. Also I went on line to see what a set of coils cost. For a full set of four the price was $184.53 and I was charged $520. This is price gouging if I have ever seen it. I will NOT take our car here again. Ridiculous, T L Sunderlin

Rick was excellent! He was articulate when explaining what needed to be done w/my car. He seemed genuinely concerned about me and providing the best service. Please thank him! I would like to comment on a couple of items. I was surprised that it took two voicemail messages and five days to get someone to call me back to schedule my appointment. Maybe with the coronavirus, you are busier than normal. I comment in this as I hope this hasn’t become the norm for Honda. I also want to say that my timing belt was replaced in 2012, and while it is time again to replace it, I am shocked at how much labor has almost doubled. Parts are relatively the same, so that is good. I am considering another place for this repair.
