For a simple oil change it should not take 90 minutes.
And after asking about the status of my vehicle I was then told there was a nail in one of my tires and it needed to be repaired. The time to repair the tire was acceptable. I don't know the time it takes for your dealership to change the oil and do the inspections are but someone took too long to let me know my car had another problem that needed to be addressed.

I wish that when I arrived and many people were continually walking past me that someone stopped to say something to me- an Someone will be with you as soon as possible ‘ so I knew I was in the correct space. Some of the employees walked past me 4 or 5 times without saying a word. I read the direction to stay in my car but to be left sitting with no acknowledgement was not a great feeling

I was told my vehicle needed brakes both front and back because they were at 3%.I declined to have the brakes done. I took the vehicle to les Schwab for a second opinion. I was told my rear brakes were only down 50% and I have 15000 miles left on the front. I own 3 Honda’s and your dealership will never service any of them again.
