Rickie did a wonderful job handling our car and dealing with a situation created with his co worker Brett. We would like to thank Rickie for being , calm, and respectful. I wish more people were like him. The people who repaired the trim seems to have a wonderful job as well
however, Due to Brett’s behavior towards us today, we won’t be returning to west hills . Being ignored openly, , then having snotty comments made about us, followed by being yelled at and belittled was very unpleasant and not something we want to deal with again.

Am I satisfied No, but under the current CORID-19 conditions I can some what understand, it taking two hours to complete an oil change with a pre-made appointment. Not to mention I was unable to get my tires rotated due to my truck having a 6” lift and your service department not have have the appropriate lifts to complete my rotation. Then I was originally quoted, and signed for a full synthetic $79.00 oil change (After the service rep saw what I was driving and online), BUT once it was realized I required 8 quarts of oil the price jumped up to $130.00. Maybe the question should of been asked what my vehicle was requiring the oil changed or even tire rotation, before I signed the $79 “contract.” But I let it go, because the service tech representative knocked the price down $30. But I still paid $103.00 which is still a lot different than a signed contract of $79.00...!
I’ll be going to the dodge dealership from now on, and it’s pretty sad considering I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008... 12 years... Thanks...!

Brett was beyond rude. failed to call and inform us part was in. WhEn we arrived at dealership to buy new car and have repairs done, he ignored us, made a snotty comment about us to another service personal, then berated us for taking a survey. He yelled and talked down to us. Refused to let us get a word in or listen to our explanation. We won’t be coming back to Honda.
GM talked to us after the situation. Rickie took over repairs and was super kind but we don’t feel safe coming back here due to Bretts actions. Was an over all awful experience.

Austin provided a very positive experience in dealing with my vehicle issue. I couldn’t get through on the phone so drove to the service department ( without an appointment) . Austin was
immediately helpful and knowledgeable, he explained what to expect and made me feel welcome.
He went over the paperwork thoroughly and explained what was done today and what repairs needed to be done . I have an appointment tomorrow for installation of a new alternator and will be making an appointment in future for necessary maintenance.
