I liked how I was able to reschedule my appointment, due to the virus outbreak, easily and get my appointment completed in a timely fashion even though when the car maintenance was complete they fell behind and I had to call to see what was going on since it was 2 hrs later when they said the appointment would only be an hour. I completely understand since we are dealing with the coronavirus issue in our country but possibly a courtesy call for delays would be nice in the future. Thanks for the great service otherwise!
