Wasn’t informed shuttle was unavailable until I needed a ride.
Felt like I underwent several upcharges and extra services such that I ended up with a nearly $500 bill when I simply came in for an oil change on a vehicle that is nearly 17 yrs old that I put fewer than 10K mi/yr on now.
My sales rep was very pleasant and accommodating— it is your process and charges that will likely preclude me from returning unless absolutely necessary.

I wasn’t offered gloves to sign my form and I know the pen wasn’t clean. That’s pretty standard these days. When my wife picked up the car, she wasn’t informed if the steering wheel was sanitized, or not. Those little things mean a lot these days. Just take the time to assure your customers and let them know you care. If it’s not demonstrated and acknowledged, your saying “it’s not important to us”. The guys that are going to thrive when this is over are those businesses that show the most concern when it counts.

This time from the initial contact by going and had a Service Tech come and listen to the strange noise, through the appoint making and the actual appointment itself, Austin maintained contact. He is, by far, the best Service Rep we have had at West Hills Honda for the entire time we have been bringing our vehicle in for service there!
