2 hours for a oil change. I made my Dr. Appt. In time, but was a bit concerned. I had to ask to have my service status checked on.
I had two questions that went unanswered; regarding repairing the coating of a chip on my hood. Question is can I paint the chipped area and have honda coat it under my guard warranty. Does the warranty truly cover the appearance of the coating as advertised?
Question 2; with $5000 worth of warranties why aren't road chips covered to some degree. A terrible warranty was sold to me as providing a carefree owner experience.

I was charged 2.8 hours of labor, when my car was not even being worked on for 2hours, I got checked around 9:17am and I drove off with my car a few minutes after 11am, I felt like I was robbed, I could of bought diapers and wipes with the extra time I was charged. I even asked if I could do half of tbe list. Since I wasnt trying to spend all that money at once, but pat said, its required but I can. Also probably have all that work done arouns 1030am.
