Everyone is always helpful and friendly. But, you seem to fail at drop off and pick up of our vehicles. It takes 15-20 minutes to drop off my car because all the advisors are so busy. Then the advisors are so busy they don’t have time to call once my car is ready. No one picks up or I’m on hold hoping someone will pick up. The last few times my advisor had training, childcare issues or had to leave early. So of course my paperwork just sat on an empty desk and no one else follows up. Maybe put customers finished documents and keys in a centralized location or supervisor if an advisor leaves? Once I finally get someone to let me know my car is ready. I’m stuck piled in a group of people waiting for 15-25 minutes just to pick up my car. (Because of the shape of the room we are unable to form a line) Come on West Hills Honda fix this issue, I love your dealership but I dread getting my car serviced. Maybe you need to get a consultant to help you streamline getting your customers in and out effectively with providing great customer service. I know everyone is doing business with less and expecting more from their employees. It’s great your dealership is growing so fast but the long lines and no call backs are frustrating! I had to wait weeks just to get a warranty part and I feel it wasn’t ordered until I called back 3 weeks later. Your advisors are always nice and helpful under the pressure but I just wanted to be honest about your business process.

I had to wait almost 4 hours for an oil change...I was told 2 hours because they had to check my lock system. It was not locking. They had to order the part and I had to come back the next day. They told me 2 hours and I was there for almost 3hours. Now I have to go back AGAIN because they broke part of my door in try process of fixing the lock issue. Unacceptable.
