We had an appt for oil change at 11am on 2-15-20 and arrived just before that and my wife stood in line and never did get helped and checked in and luckily Ricky walked by and saw me in car with
It running and asked if he could help. He took me in and checked us in. We go in and had coffee and the car did not go back until 11:45, wondering why we need an appt if car ain’t going back that long after scheduled appt for a simple regular oil change. So typically we are told 45-1 hour so I go find ricky at 1pm and I make comment about how this is crazy waiting when it’s literally a 20 minute rotation and oil change and he stated “this isn’t jiffy lube my man”, I wanted to tell him no it isn’t we don’t need appt and still get out sooner. He then comes back and tells us 20 minutes to button it up and I believe it was about 1:20-1:25 he came back and said it’s completely his fault which I appreciated after initially trying to clown on me in front of others in service waiting area. Said this change is on them so we will have an extra
One when contract is up. The whole checking car in in the tiny office is so crazy and has to be a way more efficient method than people loitering around waiting on service people to check us in. Bad business model for sure!!!

Ricky was good. The shuttle service is not as good as it has been, specifically when the service begins in the morning. In the past I could drop my car off at 7:30 and be on my way to work by 7:40. Having the shuttle start at 8 doesn’t make a lot of sense for customers who drop their car at opening. In addition, when I scheduled the service the woman I talked with said the shuttle started at 7:45. Besides the shuttle schedule, I was pleased with those I interacted with.
