I came in with two concerns . My battery was dead the day before I came in. I had requested that a careful diagnosis be made. I had a new battery installed last year. Every thing checked out good. Conclusion was I don’t drive very much maybe 3 to 400 miles every seven months or so which would lead to the battery not being properly charged. My radio has not worked since my last visit. Cameron had a special code he put in so now the radio works service was great as usual
