Max is well meaning and earnest, but he forgot me during the long wait. I sat for three hours in your waiting room, only to be told that it wasn’t done when promised. (3rd Airbag recall + an oil change & tire rotation - 5,5 hours.) I should have been advised to take the loaner but kept patiently waiting. The guy near the coffee bar entry dissuaded me from taking a rental at your two. He said it takes an hour to arrange. I gave up. Then as if that wasn’t enough dismay, Max handed me a $6k estimate for repairs I never dreamed I’d need. His delivery was somewhat cavalier & matter of fact. I was stunned. It’s like getting told your car is terminally ill and worthless by a teenager with no concept of people living within a budget. I could buy another recently maintained Pilot for $6k. Max didn’t seem to know how to deliver bad news. I went home in a state of shock, after a whole day lost. I returned the following day (today) and the guy who dissuaded me from the loaner gave a half baked apology sans eye contact. I told him to look me in the eyes or it doesn’t matter. The masks are hard enough to feel heard. Eye contact is all we have. So in the end, I feel your staff aren’t as professional as they once were, which is the whole reason to pay the big bucks for repairs. And I also feel I’m being gouged to be quoted as much as you can get me to spend, on an 18 year old car. People in my shoes should be handled with far more care. It’s wasn’t your shining six and a half hours. It certainly doesn’t make me want to buy a new car at your dealership. Sad to say.

Kily is the best. The following criticism has nothing to do with Kily. West Hills Honda demands that I Lamarque car to be filled with chemicals. I despise this action of having to force me to put chemicals in my car, when I do not want chemicals in my car. This is criminal. I am content with my service. I am discontent with the total totalitarian forcing of chemical spraying in my car.
