Not only is this my third time bringing in my vehicle for service for the same issue, but the customer service is completely lacking. We were given a rental car for the last 10 day repair from Honda. This time they said no because it’s not the same. In my opinion, it’s the same because we are back here for the same issue. I’m not sure how it is different. It actually seems worse with it being the third time our car has been at Honda for the same issue.

I went into the service office, of course with mask on, and they asked me to drive my car into the two lines of cars (3 ahead of me) and wait in my car, someone would be out. After 8 minutes in my car I went into the office where there were four employees talking to each other and behind their desk, no customers inside (only one outside besides me). They asked me to wait in my car, someone would be out “shortly.” After another 8 minutes with no employee coming out, I went back in where there were then just two employees behind there desks talking across the room to each other. James apologized and took care of me very nicely. I explained that I needed to pick up my wife from her vaccine so please as fast as possible. As he was nicely pointing me to the wi-fi lounge he said it would be under an hour. I asked again as soon as possible please. He said he would come and get me when it was ready. After an hour and 10 minutes, I went down to his desk and he said the car was ready.
