Nina Shaw was wonderful and very helpful but I sat in my car upon arriving for 25-minutes without a single service writer acknowledging my presence. There was another service writer at her desk “doing paperwork” and no attempt was made to let me know how long I was to wait in my car. For some of the time I was the only car in the arrival line. I was then told my transmission fluid change needed an additional $260 “purge” to get cleaned, which I declined since this equaled the cost of two more complete transmission fluid changes. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with service and new vehicles at the Honda/ Toyota dealership complex since 2008 and this was my most unpleasant experience.

It took over two hours for an oil change that is rediculous. You obviously over schedule I took my pilot In last month for an oil change and I got it back with an oil leak all over my garage. You forgot to clean the over flow and I had to bring it back and waste another hour while you fixed it.

I was happy with how things went on my visit, but I am hopeful that the repair worked....it will be a while until I feel as though this is the fix. I will be happy with Honda again if I get reimbursed for the expenses I have already acquired since purchase to attempt to fix the problem.

I requested a fix to the rattle in the front passenger suspension, I was changed $811 to replace bushings only to have the rattle continue and the second diagnosis saying the it would cost an additional $505 to fix the rattle. The first diagnosis should have identified the second problem and fixed at the same time
