Overall wasnt bad, although I was told my Subaru failed the battery test after me purchasing it less then 3 months ago and told at the time the battery was practically new. They said I needed a new one today at my oil change and it would be $144. I declined and took my vehicle to an auto place and had them test the battery and it tested at 100%.

My service rep, Cameron was great, I will recommend him every time I come back for service in my vehicle, but the service side of the house left me questioning whether they performed the oil change or not. The digital oil tracker on my vehicle was not reset and the reminder sticker was still the previous one. This may seem minor, but it shows me that the service department does not double check all steps complete. This is not the first time the service department has let me down and it seems to be a common trend almost every time I bring any of my vehicles in to get serviced on.
