I was disappointed with the service for multiple reasons. First, I made the service appointment because our Pilot was due for the 45k mile service. When we scheduled the appointment I asked for an estimate for the 45k service and was told it would be $69. When I went to drop the car off I was told the price was actually $499 or 599, I don’t recall the exact price. I declined to have that service done because I was so shocked by the estimate being close to 10X what I was quoted, but still got the oil changed. The total for an oil change was over $90, which is significantly higher than anywhere else in town so it will probably be the last oil change I have done at west hills. Even more disappointing was when I asked to have the back/hatch door looked at because it doesn’t work when cold or in the morning. I was told they would only look at it if I paid a $60-$150 diagnostic fee! I bought the car here, it’s under warranty and I shouldn’t have to pay to have it looked at! They offered to put some grease on it, but that didn’t fix the issue and I still need it fixed. If I can’t get it fixed where I bought the car that is absolutely unacceptable. Looking forward to hearing from someone about this issue.

Quick response were great! My car felt brand new after I picked it up, i have a 01 Honda Civic and even though it’s a old car, West Hills Honda made it their main priority! So happy all parts were in stock and got it fixed and picked up the next day!

Your staff seemed less than enthusiastic about working on Sunday. It concerned me that perhaps your mechanics might feel similarly inclined making me wonder if they had done an excellent job. They seem to have done a competent job.
