My car was returned w grease on fabric of passenger door. Mechanic needs to wake up. My service person instructed it be cleaned. This was a good move. I waited another 25 minutes for my car to be returned. Not good-it should have been given priority. My service person gave me my keys.
What was missing and would have been offered from a skilled customer service person would have been a statement like, "I'm so sorry this happened and you were inconvienenced by having to wait extra time. I will also let service manager know that mechanics are not bringing attention they need to their work." I also recognize that she may have not been trained to engage skillfully-this would be on her management.
Also, fyi, there was also cap missing from tire valve. A small thing but another example of lack of attention and thoroughness of work. This brings up bigger concerns and questions regarding thoroughness of servicing for more important maintenance!!
