James was a great service rep, but coming to Honda is no longer a pleasant experience because of the TV sound in the lounge. It used to be muted, and was pleasant and quiet. Now I hate to go there. The TV sound is beyond annoying. I sit there seething with anger that there is no quiet to read or look st my phone. And only one or two customers out of 7 or 8 were even glancing at the TV. The rest of us were desperately trying to tune it out. I have complained about this before, to no effect. Now I am sorry I extended my oil change packsge.

Austin told me that the troubleshooting would take 6 hours, I showed up in 5 the car wasn't fixed and they said there was nothing they could do. If you realized that you couldn't fix the problem then call to asap so I could have picked up the car.

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT A RECENT WARRANTY REPAIR SO SEVERE AS THE PASSENGER DOORS ON A MINIVAN WE TRANSPORT OUR CHILDREN IN NOT CLOSING PROPERLY DID NOT JUSTIFY THE ISSUANCE OF A RENTAL CAR DURING THE REPAIR TIME. WE WILL RECONSIDER ALL FUTURE PURCHASES AND SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. IF ANYONE ACTUALLY READS THIS, I'D APPRECIATE A CALL ON MY MOBILE @ ****-****-xxxx WITH AN EXPLANATION. IT'S ONE THING TO BE SOLD OUT OF RENTALS OR NOT BE ABLE TO GO TO AN OUTSIDE SOURCE LIKE ENTERPRISE OR HERTZ, BUT TO NOT OFFER ONE IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT IS A WARRANTY SITUATION.

Everything with Patrick was excellent. My issue is with the service technicians that worked on my car. After leaving my car for four hours to install a roof rack, I was returned a car with scratches on one side and the door guard pulled off on the other side. I’m very disappointed that the technicians both made these marks on my new car and then tried to send me home with it. Luckily I noticed before I left the lot and was able to bring it to Patrick and the team in the service booth. They were very quick to fix the problem and to that I am thankful because it was a long day waiting for the car.
