My service person was a younger gal, not sure of what her name was. Brett was busy with other customers so he deflected my ticket to the younger gal. She did a good job. Took me in to finance where I bought a prepaid maintenance package. Also a very nice lady. I was very pleased with the customer service from the ladies. I would come back and purchase a vehicle from those folks. Where is Brandon Montana? (Total **** star name?) who we have dealt with over the years. But it matters not. The ladies were fantastic. Give them a raise.

My mother-in-law brought the car in today for the 30K mile service. She was advised that the service would take 2 hours, it took 2.5, but they weren’t able to get the car out until another half an hour had passed. So her total wait time was 3 hours. Our last service also resulted in her being at the shop much longer than expected/advised for the oil change. I’m not sure if we are choosing a busy time for the service department, as we tend to book Fri morning as those are times when she is able to bring the vehicle in for service.

Your “call center “ took ages to answer, and then gave me incorrect information about the appointment which was passed to your “appointment reminders “ sent by e-mail. There was no way to contact them or respond to the e-mail. I had to call again and wait again and was given wrong information AGAIN. Even when I arrived at the service center my appointment was scheduled incorrectly. You should have had your call center answerers trained before switching over from your previous system where we got to speak with people who were knowledgeable. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx to follow up. I am not satisfied.
