Hello, no problem with Brett. The service check-in area was very busy, but I stood in the room for approx ten mins and no one even acknowledge that a new customer had walked through the door. After a few more mins, I approached one of the service desks (Brett), stating I had an appointment. Just seems a little disorganized. Thanks for your time.

I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata on November 17. I was getting a knocking noise coming from the front end. Took it in on December 7th and had to have a tie rod replaced. I would think that with all the checks that are suppose to be done on the car before it goes onto the lot, that it would have been checked. The service getting it repaired was great, but 8 hrs out of my day for something that shouldnt have been wrong in the first place kind of erks me.

Austin did a great job. However the overall ability to contact your service department reps is awful. This is not any of your reps fault because I know they are working their tails off. It took us two full days to get anyone to get back to us about the status of our odyssey. This is ridiculous. When I make an appointment for my vehicle to he looked at I expect it to be done that day and a diagnosis determined. This was not the first time this has happened. My husband had to take three hours of his time to help the mechanic to diagnose the problem. We are highly disappointed in the difficulty it is to contact someone and should not days hours to do this.

I am a Ford and Honda Owner. Honda Service is the best, Hands Down! My schedule is very unpredictable, so I handle personal business when possible. When it comes to service, Team Honda goes out of their way to provide Exceptional Customer Service. At my Ford Service Department , I feel like devalued. Whenever possible, I will be using Team Honda!

Cameron was an excellent service assistant, he does a great job in a friendly & efficient manner. My huge major complaint has to do with getting through to the service dept by phone. I am a long-distance phone call away. Previously, there was a toll-free number available to talk to someone about a car issue. When I called the long-distance number mid-day, mid-week, it was answered by an operator who offered to transfer the call. I asked for a direct line number to talk to someone in service dept, she said there was no direct number & that she'd connect me. I sat on hold for NINETEEN minutes until a live person answered. That is INCREDIBLY POOR customer service, so please let management know. I do NOT want a follow-up phone call following this complaint. I would just like some consideration to changing your in-coming phone calls method.

Very professional and courteous staff no doubt! But everyone is a slave to paperwork and computers. Wait times are too long and the team needs more help. Satisfied with the services but I find other places for service usually because waits are too long at West Hills.
