It is frustrating that there is an option to book an appointment online and said service states it includes a rental but then you are not given that as an option when completing the appointment. It asks if you have a ride or are waiting at the dealership. Since the service I booked said it comes with a rental I clicked I would wait at the dealership. When I arrived for my appointment they said I need to call if I need the vehicle because they might not have any available. Luckily they did but I needed to wait because they weren’t expecting me, so I was almost late to my next appointment.
