Thank you. I can say James was professional and I very much appreciated the car rental offer because service would take longer than estimated. I do feel however that improvement could be made in the time having to wait to check in and after waiting behind 3 people other rep called someone in front of me for some reason which caused extended delay. Maybe that customer had been waiting somewhere else but I had waited in line approx 20 minutes and it was disappointing to be back at end of line.

I really appreciated Austin taking care of another warranty issue with the seatbelt on my other car while I was there. Other consultants had offered to do the same and said they would order and call, but there was no record of it in my account.
