We’ve trusted West Hills Honda to service our 2003 Odyssey since the happy day in 2003 when we bought it. Today’s appointment was in the tradition of fine service that we count on. The thorough inspection is always appreciated, and now we have a head’s up to keep an eye on battery life.
Check in this morning was more chaotic than usual, but the waiting area is always a comfortable place to get work done, and the car was ready on time.

First off I love my Honda and usually have a good experience with Honda. I'm from California and was traveling through Bremerton and needed an oil change.
First off, I was pretty much ignored when I came into the service department, with only a perfunctory nod my way. At some point someone said, we'll be with you asap. But still no real greeting or friendliness. I waited a good ten minutes which I actually don't mind at all as long as I'm acknowledged properly. I thought your oil change prices were high. I've been with Honda about 25 years and I prefer California Honda dealerships.... friendlier, free food, and not an arm and a leg to change my oil. Patrick was nice, he could do more personable customer service. Sorry.

My service advisor was on it and took good care of me. However I was told this was a three hour service and when I asked for a shuttle it was arranged. I left the chairing area letting the receptionist know where I would be and the shuttle was driving away when I returned. I then had to make my own arrangements for pickup and while waiting the shuttle driver returned and offered me my ride. I explained I made other arrangements. I think there should be a better scheduling service for your shuttle services IE certain shuttles go in certain directions...IE Silverdale,Bremerton,etc.

I made the appointment online. It gave me a 6hr appointment so my husband drove out too. When I dropped of my car, I was told it would only take 1 hr. My husband didn't need to drive. It was really frustrating. Then as I drove back home I noticed an oil stain on the passenger seat. It wasn't there before. Austin was great and did everything perfectly but the other parts of the service were lacking. I'm highly disappointed.

We had a nail in the tire and the service assistant continued to push for us tonreplace the tire when all that was needed was for a patch. They told us the tire was not able to be patched. We drove staright tonthe tire store and they doid it for free. Good thing there is a Les Schuab close by.
