We appreciate the quality customer service we received in correcting a manufacturing problem with our Crosstour. It was completed in a timely manner with minimal impact on our time. Yours is a very professional operation. My only complaint is that Honda stopped making Crosstours.

Everyone is always so nice and attentive, the recall on my backup camera was reprogrammed and it changed the settings on my tablet so my clock was 3 hours off, I had to go back to get it fixed because I couldn’t figure out how to do it, I was told this frequently happens with software updates so you guys should check this before giving back the car, otherwise completely happy with service

Everything down to the customer service was great! The only issue I had was the supposed vacuuming. I was told they would vacuum before inspection. My car still looked very dirty.
