My wife and I trust and appreciate Brett. We schedule our services specifically for when Brett is working. And, for the times Brett wasn’t available, the other service advisors took good care of us standing in for Brett. Get this, too, Brett even asks us how service went in his absence, and Brett has had very positive things to say of his coworkers, encouraging us to exhibit the same level of trust to others at Weat Hills that we have for Brett. I am most pleased and content with Brett and west hills Honda.

I'm guessing the $65-$115 diagnostic fee range always lands at $115. I feel like that is a bit of a trick. Also, the "miscellaneous" fee category on the invoice seems a bit bogus. Shop supplies, really? That's not included in the labor and parts for the service done? It just feels like a category that's easy to tack on a bit more.

Husband took my car in to get the oil change. The associate came to him and told him I’ll be right back in 5 minutes with your car. The associate went to help another customer. My husband and daughter waited for 45 minutes and still no associate. He had to go talk to the associate after he saw that the car was parked outside. Also the associate said we needed wind shield wipes but it was at the time he was paying and he had already waited so long for the car. He wasn’t going to wait anymore. I really hope this isnt the norm. My husband didn’t say anything because he had to get home with our daughter. Thanks for your time.
