First if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't have bought a car from there and went to Nissan. I could of gotten a new car with much better warranty that I wouldn't had to pay extra to get making my car payments higher! It costs SO MUCH just to get the lil changed let alone do the 15 thousand check up!! Also before you buy the car it's like you're family until you have all ready bought it then it's like nothing. Also it would of been nice to have fresh hot coffee instead of cold burnt coffee. The personality of the car dealers are nice if you are there to buy a car from them but if you're not ots different. I asked a man a question today about the wifi and he was really cold and kind of rude, as I wasn't important. I was waiting for my car to be done. I completely regret ever buying a car from your dealership!!

The oil change, especially considering that I have been a consistent customer at this dealership for over eight years and have purchased a vehicle and a set of four tires, was completely overpriced. Yet amazingly enough, that wasn't the biggest insult. The biggest insult was that you people advertise tires in a showcase right outside of your service center for my Honda accord for between $65 and $190 and yet when your employee told me that I needed A new tire, he told me the minimum price was $225. When I asked him why there was a difference in price, he told me that he had no idea why that display stayed at those prices! To me, it was the ultimate **** bait and switch of all time and a complete insult to my intelligence! I'm not even saying you have to have tires at those prices, but at least have the decency not to lie in broad daylight with a huge display listing said tires at said price! Furthermore, I asked about a warranty about the tires I purchased from you people less than two years ago and all I got was the runaround On that issue too! I mean in this day and age, how can you people not simply access our website on your computer stating the warranty policy? I mean in this day and age, how can you people not simply access a website on your computer stating the warranty policy? All I got was basically: "maybe I'll give you a call on Monday on this issue" I used to think that Honda was a class Organization, but now I have no idea how you people develop your customers trust and loyalty with such Poor and inarticulate customer service!

A 6 hour wait at the dealership without any communication about the status of my car. No indication when it would be done, then seeing on the bill that it had finished nearly 2 hours earlier, was the cherry on top of a terrible visit.

Rich was great. I'm very impressed by the level of customer service he provided. It was a pleasure.
