I had a routine oil change as part of the maintenance plan that I purchased. I also stress that the battery terminal was very corroded and the power steering seems hard to steer. The oil change was completed satisfactory. However, the terminal was not cleaned good just wiped off. The steering fluid was low as well and not seemed to be topped off

I've had two major repairs done on the car I purchased from West Hills Honda in the past two months - totaling more than $1,600. Despite all this the check engine light is still on in my car, and is still having a rough start. I went in yesterday to get my oil changed and despite an inspection nothing was brought to my attention regarding this. Instead I was asked to pay $180 to have my brake fluid changed. My car is still not running up to standard. I barely make above minimum wage and bought a car within my price range that I was told was reliable to get me to work every day but instead it's become my biggest ****. I wish I never bought this.
I will be taking my business elsewhere. Whenever I come in for repairs I'm treated like a target instead of a customer, have to wait on average 2 hours longer than expected, and don't feel welcome. I've paid upfront for some more oil changes and wiper blade replacements when I purchased my car but I'd honestly rather pay to have it done elsewhere.

I thought the service staff were great. However, I took my element in because a maintenance light came on. As I was driving to Gig Harbor, after picking it up, the maintenance light came on again. Now I have to take time off from work to come back to have it checked again. I work an hour from your dealership, so it’s an extra ****. Kind of disappointed because it’s my first time in your shop. I was hoping for better.
