Richard was very kind in apologizing for the one-hour delay in getting my car back. Although he told me originally that the work would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, it took darn near 2-1/2 hours and he seemed quite concerned at this unreasonably delay.

It took over twice as long to replace just my passenger side view mirror. I was told it would take about an hour and it took way over two hours. No one even came to get me when it was finally done; I had to go ask and wait another 15 minutes to get my car. Everyone was very friendly!

It’s far too costly I also didn’t get my oil sensor reset...i got home still says 20% will have to bring it back...you guys will take care of it..just bummed about the cost...your prices have gone up..unfortunate

It’s always a pleasure to deal with Brett and be confident my car and concerns are in good hands with him. He was so helpful in reminding me I could get my extended warranty refund and talking to finance to get that accomplished. Then I was so happy to see Ryan back at WH Honda! And he helped me with info on renewing my service maintenance contract and also talked to the finance dept to get that done.

Austin and Kelani (sp) were wonderful to work with. Both explained every step in the process of the strut replacement. I am more than happy with West Hills. You stepped right up with no hemming and hawing to fix this matter on a new (9'000 miles/ less than year old) manufacturing issue. Austin even offered to have strut expressed to dealership rather than a 5-7 day wait. Thank you for hiring both these men They are both stellar customer satisfaction members of your team.

Your mark-up on parts is way too high, even among Honda parts departments. I realize you need to make a profit on parts but the O2 sensor you installed was marked up $100 over what I could find on-line at other HONDA stores. If you are following Honda North America pricing policy, I’ll find another brand and get rid of my 3 Honda’s.
