The guy that checked me in was nice and pleasant but my frustration was being told my car would be ready at 2:00, I called 4 times trying to see what the status was and why I hadn’t received a call and it was 6:00. I left messages and no one returned my calls, I sat on hold a couple of times for a long time, once being disconnected. I feel this is poor customer service when your given a time and no one calls to let you know what’s going on, calls aren’t returned and you can’t get through. Just a quick phone call to let someone know they are still working on it and it’s going to take longer would of been sufficient.

I am waiting (night driving) to see if my Auto Function (High Beams) is Operating Correctly. Indicator Light does not seem to support this.

While I was completely satisfied with how Brett handled the mishap of my service agreement I’m still a little upset that after two previous calls to the service department and providing all my information to get a firm confirmation that my Acura care was not honored through Honda I know Brett was conversing with management and said that he would talk to the original person, Amy, so there were no more issues for future Acura owners who had the service agreement. I appreciate again what Brett did to rectify the situation and I will be back to have fiture maintenance done. If you could eventually work with Acura it would probably yield more customers in the long run. Thank you

Brett treats each customer with the highest respect possible and patiently answers all questions. Walking into the place where one drops off one's vehicle for service is where customers are treated like royalty. Will gave me a ride to get a loaner car and was exceedingly courteous as well. I admire the caliber of the staff.
