Hard to make an appointment. Web system was down so I called. Place on long hold then was disconnected. Called back and got voice mail. Left message and after 30 minutes nobody had called so used chat. They took info and somebody finally called.
I declined spark plug service. Felt as if it was upwelling as I didn’t get a good explanation for why it was necessary. I was told it was based on mileage. Since the last 8 years of records are with your dealership you should know when they were last changed and make that the reason.
Came in at 9:30am to pick up car. Only 3 of 7 desks were manned. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting before even getting acknowledged. Pathetic to be so poorly manned but at least try.
Going to South Tacoma Honda next time

Compare to previous Honda servise, the service department area is very small space. Adviser’s desks are too close and I didn’t have a spase to stand.
