My total experience was fine. A recommendation though. When I collected my car there was little or no attention paid to the order of customers collecting their vehicles. During my visit I observed two people "jumping queue" This sort of thing can lead to bad feelings towards your staff. I recommend you introduce a "take a number system" to avoid this. Roger S

This was an exceptionally busy day considering some 2018 Accord's having Airbag recalls (not mine). James did an outstanding job sorting out which appts. came first. in an expedious, courteous manner. All my concerns were addressed by him and a gentleman named Colin, including a further courtesy oil change to eliminate the "A1 Vehicle Maintenance Needed". I would not take my new Honda Accord anywhere else.

Our service included a free tire rotation as well as tire pressure check. What the service department forgot to do was reset/recalibrate the tire monitoring system. That should have been the first thing they did after servicing the car.

Your rental department was pathetic. I was misiinforned from the first call i made to your company. I was comming in for a airbag recall which im still driving the same car with the dangerous airbag due to the fact that all throughout your company it seems your people who take calls dont know the rules of the service dept, the service dept doesnt know how tbe rentall/car loaner dept. Works, then the rental dept didnt have a clue how enterprise rentals worked but were so Quick to shuttle me. To them knowing i did not have full coverage on my honda and they did not know the cost or the deposit ect. The young girl was rude when i told her that she should not shuttle people to enterptise without their vehichles if they dont even know if your customers caneven rent a car there. Her comment was "WELL I DONT WORKAT ENTERPRISE" CORRECT BUT SHE WANTED TO DUMP ME OFF THERE.SO THHEN I COULD BE STRANDED WITH NO RIDE AND NO CAR. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CONCERN FOR ME AS A WOMAN AND HOW QUICKLY YOUR CIMPANY JUST PUSHED ME FROM ONE DEPT. TO THE NEXT WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE NEXT DEPARTMENT. SO NOW IM STILL IN THE DANGEROUS CAR AND TRYING TO FIND SOMEWHERE TO TAKE IT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS RE THE ANSWERING PHONE DEPT. My wife brought our car in for an oil change and to get the check engine and VSA light checked out about a month ago. The oil change was performed but a disgnostic was not performed to find out the problem with the lights. She was told to reschedule an appointment to have them checked out. When we rescheduled an appt for the disgnostic, there were multiple problems that needed to be addressed, including replacing the timing chain. This is the 2nd Accord I have purchased that has had to have a timing chain replaced which is ridiculous since we have gotten our maintenance performed with you guys regularly. I scheduled the appointment to get the timing chain replaced and skipped the other "less urgent" repairs that were suggested. I was told it would take a half day to do the work so I dropped the car off Saturday morning expecting to have it back at the end of the day. Due to some seals not being available that the mechanic was unaware of and the mechanic having days off, I did not get my car back until Tuesday. A .5 day repair turned into 3.5 days. When I got the car back, another full car inspection had been performed with the repairs and noted no concerns or issues, even though the previous inspection noted several issues. I have had Honda cars and have gotten them serviced with you guys for years, but situations like this make me question whether I will continue to purchase Honda vehicles. As far as the customer service, Cameron was helpful and I had no issues with him, but my overall experience was pretty frustrating.

I didn't receive any phone calls regarding the status of my car as promised. I had to call West Hills Honda to find out the status twice and was placed on hold for a total of 45 minutes. Also, I was promised my car in the morning and didn't get it until 2:00 pm which caused me to miss a scheduled Doctors appointment. In addition, I also discovered that my car was driven 5 miles while it was serviced. The maintenance work maybe good but the customer service was poor.
