Had appt,had to stand in a long line when I got there, glad it was not raining. To many people off to service vehicles. Waited for AN oil change, 1.5 hours. Service person kept apologizing for everything, but was helpful. No sticker in car to remind for next oil service. Questioning, if it was a good move that I got the service package with your company.

I made the appointment initially specifically to have a diagnostic of the transmission, and secondarily to do a routine oil change. In the phone conversation to make the appointment I was told all this should take about 2 hours. At the appointment I had to wait 45 min to check in, and over 2 hours after finally checking in I was told that the technicians need the car for a full day during the week in order to do the diagnostic. So I wasted over 3 hours of my time getting only an oil change, and the problem I wanted addressed in the first place wasn't even attempted. I will not be returning to West Hills Honda.

Everyone I spoke with was super nice and super professional. I could tell they were all working very hard and doing their best to make everyone happy. It was however slightly frustrating though that when we were dropping off there was such a lineup you couldn’t even tell if you were supposed to stay in your car or go inside. Cars were all over the place, crazy parking and line up. It took a very long time to drop off the car. Again it was very clear that everyone was working very hard but the system is just overloaded at that time. Several other customers waiting commented about the long wait.
